Sensible eating habits

         Good
eating habits are very much important for maintaining health. Good health is
the need of people of all profession and age. So good eating habits must be
followed by people of all the ages. If we cannot maintain our good health, we
will spoil our health. If we don’t have good eating habits, we get harmed. The best
eating habits can be developed by eating the food we enjoy, or enjoying the
food we eat and also eating good balanced diet and good variety of wholesome
food.

        Nowadays
people are suffering from different types of serious health problems such as this
present situation, the Covid-19 viruses destroy the whole country. Other health
patient problems are like heart attack, obesity, sugar and so on. The main
reason for this is not taking carelessness of health & another a balanced
diet. It will create serious problem in the long run for the society and nation
as well. So, everyone should be aware of developing sensible eating habits. To overcome
those eating habits.

       First
of all
, it is good to take breakfast in the morning. It is better to take light
food avoiding fats, bread and cereals are the best. According to one research,
the best time to consume fruits is in the morning as part of breakfast or
during the course of the day.

       Second,
it is good to eat when we are hungry because it is the signal that our body
needs diet or the body is ready for the consumption of food. We should not
devour whatever is seen in front of us or whatever is presented before us
anytime, anywhere. We should be selective about eating. We should have a fixed
time every day, if we can make it possible. Besides that, the choice of food
consumption is to be taken seriously to ensure one has the correct proportion
of nutrients intake.

       Third,
when talking about the proper intervals of meals, breakfast is the first meal
of the day. Then in the afternoon, it is the lunch to keep the systems
functioning more efficiently to continue using our body. F some people do hard
work, they take tiffin as well. It is somewhat similar to breakfast, it is
generally light. Then, people take dinner in the evening time. The people have
habit of taking delicious, oily and spicy food in it which is not good for
health. We must control that.

        Fourth,
we must know what comes under balanced diet. We must not consume too much of
anything. We must time and again visit our doctors and get our health checked
up. They will advise us what is lacking and what is more. It is very important
to know the dietary source. What nutrients are available in which food? What is
good for my body? Is it healthy diet? These sort of questions should always
come before us before eating.

         Fifth,
there are several factors that determine the type of food consumed by people. Everyone
has his or her own preferences which developed over by people. Everyone has his
or her own preferences which developed over time and are influenced by personal
experiences. The cultural influences also provide guidelines regarding
acceptable food, food combinations, eating patterns, and eating behaviors. Compliance
with these guidelines creates a sense of identity and belonging for the individual.
Eating rice, as is the case in the lives of most Nepalese, is acceptable but
eating it everyday is unacceptable because rice contains too much starch. Hence,
rice should be rinsed, (washed) before cooking to remove excess starch. Members
of a social group depend on each other, share a common culture, and influence each
other’s behaviors and values.

         As
a conclusion,
based on the information aboutproper eating time, we were able to
know the right time for a person to eat their meals in a day to ensure a
rhythmic eating habit. This can help a person to have a healthier way of
eating. This is related to the next point which is eating habits. Good eating
habits contribute tremendously to a person’s health. Next, the information on
daily nutrients were used to gain insights on the balanced proportions and
types of nutrients that are needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The factors
that influence a person to choose what they eat; this is one of the major
contributors that affect the health of a person. This can be clearly seen by
the health level of people from different races and religious.
